Delivery Areas We deliver live plants and garden pots across Southeast Queensland, including Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Toowoomba, Gympie, and everywhere in between. Delivery availability is determined by postcode at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 2–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Delivery Method All orders are delivered by our own team or a trusted Third Party Plant Carrier. Deliveries are made to curbside or single-storey dwellings. For multi-storey locations, please contact us in advance as additional fees may apply.

Delivery Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your postcode, this is a flat fee on your order. Free delivery may be available on qualifying orders.

Unattended Deliveries If you request your order be left unattended, we will provide photographic evidence of delivery. Please note that unattended deliveries are not eligible for refund or return claims.

Live Plants All plants are carefully packaged to minimise transit stress. We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery and reporting any damage immediately to info@kingdomhorticulture.com.au
