Refund and Return Policy

At Kingdom Horticulture, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality live plants and pots. To ensure your satisfaction and maintain transparency, we have outlined our refund and return policy below. Please review this policy carefully, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.


Scope of Refunds and Returns

This policy applies to all live plants and pots purchased through Kingdom Horticulture for both residential and commercial purposes. Our goal is to deliver products that meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you are unhappy with the quality of the plants or if items are damaged during delivery, please let us know at the time of delivery so we can address the issue immediately.


Exclusions

We regret to inform customers that refunds or returns are not available in cases of:

  • Change of Mind: Due to the perishable nature of live plants and the care involved in sourcing them—often directly from growers—we cannot offer refunds if you decide you no longer want the plants after purchase.

 

  • Unattended Deliveries: If you have requested that your order be left unattended at your delivery location, we will provide photographic evidence of the delivery. However, such items are not eligible for refunds or returns, as their condition cannot be guaranteed once left.

Delivery Conditions

  • Curbside and Single-Story Deliveries Only:
    All deliveries are made to the curbside or to single-story dwellings to ensure the safety of our team and the quality of your products during transit.

    • If your delivery location requires us to deliver to a second story or higher, you must notify us in advance to make the necessary arrangements. Additional fees or considerations may apply for such deliveries.
  • Inspection at Delivery:
    We encourage all customers to inspect their orders upon delivery. If there are any issues with the quality of the plants or if damage has occurred, please bring it to the attention of our delivery team immediately.


Proof of Purchase

To process a return or refund request, we require proof of purchase. Providing your order number will allow us to quickly locate your transaction details and assist you efficiently.

  • Recalled Items Without Resolution: In the unlikely event that plants are recalled and the issue remains unresolved, we will issue your account with a $10 credit to be used on a future purchase.

Refund Method

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed as follows:

  1. Store Credit: A credit will be applied to your account for use on future purchases.
  2. Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued back to the same account or card used for the initial transaction.
    • Please note that we cannot process refunds to alternative cards or accounts for security reasons.
